Dice, grade or peel as required for each vegetable.

  3. Blanch & cool

Set colour and deactivate enzymes, then cool before freezing.

  4. IQF freeze

Fluidized-bed freezer locks each piece individually.

  5. Pack

Weigh and pack free-flowing product into retail or bulk bags.

Designed for free-flowing output

The line is built around a fluidized-bed IQF freezer so corn, peas and diced carrot remain separate after freezing. Precise blanching sets colour and inactivates enzymes, while the freezer locks each piece individually, making downstream weighing, packing and portioning simple and consistent.
